A self-hosted alternative to leaf-status.com ā receives LeafSpy's periodic pings
and turns them into a live status dashboard, trip history, and efficiency stats
for your Nissan Leaf.
Getting started

Create an account
Sign up with an e-mail address and password.

Register your vehicle
Once logged in, add your car's VIN, a nickname, and a device password ā
a separate credential just for LeafSpy, not your account password.

Point LeafSpy at this server
In the app: Settings → Server, and enter (see the
LeafSpy app user guide
if you need help finding this screen):

Watch it live
Battery %, plug/charge state, location, trip history, and efficiency trends ā all here,
plus a read-only link you can share without giving out a login.
Pings for a VIN that hasn't been registered, or with the wrong device password, are rejected ā
nothing is auto-created from an unrecognised ping.
